Innovate Create Succeed

As a RaceWay Operator, you have the opportunity to be your own boss. Because each of our stores is independently owned and operated, you have the freedom to implement your own innovations and create unique customer experiences each day.

The Raceway Story

A Different Way
of Doing Business

RaceWay operates as a landlord/tenant relationship. Each of our locations is wholly owned by our parent company RaceTrac Petroleum. RaceTrac owns the site, the building, and the gas facility.

Operator income is driven by the profits made inside the store. RaceWay collects rent on the building, but collects no profits from in-store sales. This unique way of doing business allows you to run a multi-million dollar operation with a relatively low capital investment.

A History of Success
